Newly renovated but preserving the old-world character of the Catalan building, this 2-bedroom apartment offers up to 4 guests a great experience in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter.  

From the open living room to the two separate bedrooms, this apartment’s spacious and warm ambience is sure to make you feel at home. Vaulted ceilings and exposed brick impart a dramatic character reminiscent of the cobbled medieval streets of Barcelona’s legendary Gothic Quarter. The kitchen and dining area include all the equipment and ample space for mealtime entertainment, and the tastefully modern bathroom holds a toilet, glass-countered sink and in-wall shower with expert tilework throughout. Four single beds and a convertible sofa provide accommodation for six guests, and a washing machine, flatscreen TV and two 5th floor balconies add to the list of amenities offered by this surprisingly affordable apartment.
 

Important Information:

• Two more people can be accommodated for an extra charge. A security deposit and a cleaning fee will be required upon check in.
• Tourist tax in Barcelona amounts Euro 0,72 per person per night (with a maximum of 7 nights) and is applicable to guests older than 17 years of age.
• The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Extra costs could be charged for late check in and check out. There is an additional cleaning cost Euro 50.
• Guest must have a copy of their ID/passport with them upon arrival. The minimum age restriction for check-in is 25yrs. Old

The Barri Gotic, or Gothic Quarter, is Barcelona’s ambassador to visitors from around the world.  During the Franco years, planned renovations both preserved and created new buildings and facades in order to bolster tourism in the city.  The resulting neighborhood comprises a controversial, though nonetheless striking combination of medieval, gothic and neo gothic architecture connected by a labyrinthine web of cobbled streets.  The Barri Gotic is one of Barcelona’s most photogenic neighborhoods, so you won’t want to leave home without your camera.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you’ll find a high concentration of cafes, bars, boutique stores and restaurants throughout the Barri Gotic.  To the left, even more entertainment and dining options line La Rambla, the thriving pedestrian thoroughfare leading between the Mediterranean sea and the upscale Plaça de Catalunya.  Be sure to join the thousands of visitors and locals in taking a leisurely stroll up and down La Rambla, taking in the sights, sounds and smells of this modern cultural crossroads.

You can get your produce shopping done at the Boqueria Market (also a must-see destination in itself), and the Liceu metro station is nearby for easy access to and from your neighborhood.
