The Borne Basilica Deluxe Loft A is an incredibly well arranged studio apartment that offers a space in which up to four people can feel comfortable in. It is designed with a modern eye for detail and has a touch of traditional aspects with the tall and beamed ceilings. There is very clever lighting in the apartment with many spotlights in all the right places on ceilings and walls. The bedroom area is very well separated from the rest of the apartment behind a large cabinet and here you will find a double bed, a comfortable fabric sofa bed, a painting on the wall behind the sofa, a funky round white coffee table, a fabric armchair and a large rug. There is also a big window that allows much natural light to seep in making it feel very fresh and airy every morning. Next to the bed is a white dining table with four chairs. You will find a modern corner kitchen which is well-equipped and also a well-maintained white bathroom that’s furnished with a shower unit.

The Barri Gotic area of the central Ciutat Vella district is a very popular part of town and this Barcelona apartment is situated in the El Born section of it. This is quite a trendy area to be in which is steeped in history but also a little quieter than the rest of the district. Just around the corner is the amazing Santa Maria del Mar church which is a beautiful example of Catalan Gothic architecture. Its two columns were a major influence on Gaudi’s design of La Sagrada Familia temple which is in the Eixample district about 20 minutes away. Picasso once lived and worked in the area and only 2 minutes away on foot is the Picasso Museum which houses the largest collection of his work. The Barcelona Cathedral, which is another fantastic Gothic site, can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. For a day of fun for all ages head to Ciutadella Park which is home to Barcelona Zoo, museums, a lake where you can rent a boat and relax, a children’s play area and a beautiful fountain.
