A perfectly situated and modern apartment just down the road from Barceloneta beach and close to the Barcelona Zoo, Ciutadella Park, the Gothic Quarter and many restaurants and bars.

Located on the first floor this apartment is an ideal place for up to three people to enjoy a short term visit to Barcelona. It has been fitted with modern furnishings but contains a little something special and traditional which are the brown beam ceilings that add a cool edge especially against the white walls and the funky green wall that’s behind the two single beds. On this wall are two paintings and a side cabinet in-between the two beds. In the corner opposite the beds is a wooden dining table with three chairs next to which are a tall floor lamp and two big windows that let in much natural light. This is a lovely spot from where you can enjoy the street view outside. In the middle of this studio apartment are a sofa bed and a large wardrobe. You will also find a well-maintained bathroom with a glass shower unit and a fully functional modern white kitchen with a black worktop.

This funky studio apartment is set in the Barceloneta area of the central Ciutat Vella district; an ideal place for those seeking short term accommodation that’s close to the beach. Just a few minutes away on foot is the popular sandy beach Barceloneta which is filled with tourists and locals sunbathing, swimming and just relaxing in general. There are many seafood restaurants in the area and a number of bars on the boardwalk. Just a 2 minute walk away from the apartment is Museu D’Historia De Catalunya which shows the history of Catalonia from the Stone Age to the present day. Ciutadella Park which is over in the neighbouring Gothic Quarter is only about 10 minutes away and makes for a great outing for all ages where you can find the popular Barcelona Zoo, a beautiful fountain, a lake where you can rent a boat, museums and a kids play area. The popular Picasso Museum is only 10 minutes away on foot. It’s worth wondering through the Gothic Quarter just to admire the old Gothic buildings and narrow winding streets.
