This outstanding holiday rental studio is located on the 4th floor of a very stylish apartment building and a lift takes you to your front door. Inside you will find a lovely bright living space with cool white walls, beautiful authentic exposed wooden ceiling beams and laminate flooring under foot. There’s a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for preparing your own favourite meals. Since eating out in the city every day can be extremely expensive this is a welcome addition to your holiday experience. You can enjoy mealtimes at the dining table and chairs alongside or why not have your breakfast served in bed? The living room area has a large double sleeping sofa for one part of your fellowship. The two other guests can sleep on the comfortable double bed. A flat screen TV with international channels is also provided here for your enjoyment. The apartment has a private bathroom fitted with a toilet, sink, and shower.
You will find the Borne Basilica Loft D studio apartment located in the historic El borne neighbourhood which famous has become one of the most fashionable districts in the city. Take a good look at the incredible medieval architecture here and explore the winding labyrinth of streets connecting it up with the adjacent gothic Quarter. You will find trendy clothing boutiques, excellent restaurants, traditional tapas bars and cultural landmarks here. The Picasso Museum is particularly popular with visitors. He actually lived in the neighbourhood and formed a very special bond with the city which you can discover more about through his works on show in the museum.
Take stroll down the nearby Las Ramblas, along tree lined avenue stretching down to the coastline. It’s packed with a multitude of stalls selling anything and everything daily. Look out for the unusual bird sellers and their cages of singing birds. Since this is an extremely busy area it is popular with pickpockets. Be extremely cautious, keeping your valuables out of sight at all times. Don’t forget to look up and admire the wonderful architecture.
Head to the nearby Barceloneta Beach, along sandy stretch of coastline where you can grab a cold beer or an iced coffee and enjoy a leisurely paddle or even a swim in the sea. It’s the perfect way to cool down and escape the buzz of the city.
